Reservations: Generally, weekend reservations require a two-night minimum but please call and ask if a one-night stay is available. We can often accommodate a one night.
Deposits: Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of one-night’s deposit. Full payment may be required on some weekends.
Cancellations: A 14-day cancellation notice is required for a full refund (less a $30 cancellation fee). Within 14 days, the room must be re-rented to receive a refund. A $30 cancellation fee will be applied to all cancellations.
Early Checkouts: Early checkouts are considered cancellations and you will be responsible for, and billed for, the remainder of your reservation.
Children: The Sugar Tree Inn is most appropriate for adults; however we can accommodate children. Please call for additional information.
Dining: A full country breakfast for two is included with the room rates.
We offer Dinner to our Inn Guests Monday - Saturday.
Monday through Thursday we offer simpler dining fare of: House prepared spaghetti & meatballs, spinach & cheese ravioli, or chicken fettuccini alfredo served with a salad and fresh, warm bread. Desserts, beer and wine are also available.
We offer a very nice dinner on Friday and Saturday night that includes a a spring salad, fresh warm bread, six entrée choices (beef short ribs, pork tenderloin, pecan crusted trout, roasted chicken, duck leg quarters, crab cakes and gluten free crab cakes), two sides and non-alcoholic beverages. We also offer a selection of great desserts, wines and beer. Advance reservations are required for weekend evening dining.
Fireplaces: We usually open our fireplaces in early October, depending on the temperature patterns. We close them in the spring when it starts to warm up. Please note that we do supply enough firewood for a nice, romantic fire.
Pets: We accept pets in the Creek House only. There is a $25 fee, per pet. We provide a pet bed and bowls for your convenience.
Smoking: All of our buildings and rooms are smoke-free. You may smoke outside and we have provided ashtrays for your use. A $250 recovery fee will be added to your bill should we find or smell evidence of smoking in your room.
Damages: Any damages, intentional or otherwise, will be billed to your credit card. This includes misuse of towels or washcloths.
Check In: Check In is normally 3:00~8:00pm unless prior arrangements are made. Please let us know if you need to be arrive earlier or later.
Check Out: Check out is 11:00am.
