Policies

Reservations: Generally, weekend reservations require a two night minimum. Please call to see if a one night stay is available.

Calls: From 9:00 AM - 9:00 PM EST.

Deposits and Cancellations: Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of one night’s deposit. We prefer checks but do accept Visa and Mastercard.

Refunds, less a $25 processing fee will be issued if the cancellation is made at least 14 days before the scheduled date of arrival. Otherwise, deposits are not refundable or transferable unless we rebook the room.

Children: Sugar Tree is most appropriate for adults; however we do accommodate responsible children over 12.

Dining: A full country breakfast for two is included with the room rates. Dinner is available Friday & Saturday with advance reservations. Our dining room can accommodate well behaved children over 12.

Pets: We no longer accomodate pets.

Smoking: All of our buildings & rooms are now Smoke-Free. You may smoke, but only on the decks and porches. We have provided ashtrays for you to use.

Check-In and Out: Check in is between 3:00 pm and 8:00 pm unless prior arrangements have been made. Check out time is 11 AM.

Payments: We accept personal checks, cash, Visa and Mastercard.
